Drinkify Terms of Use

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and authentication factors confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create an account for another person.

Usernames, handles, profile details, and other identifiers may be changed or reclaimed when they impersonate someone, infringe rights, create a security risk, or are otherwise misleading or unlawful.

You retain ownership of content you create. You must have the rights and consent needed to post it, including permission from people shown or identified. You may not upload content that violates law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

To operate Drinkify, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, transmit, display, and otherwise process your content only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the service. This license permits service providers acting for Drinkify to perform those functions. It does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated advertising use without a separate lawful basis.

The license ends when the content and associated account data are deleted from active systems, except for limited backup cycles, content another user lawfully retained, and records preserved for security, disputes, abuse prevention, or legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The Community Standards are part of these Terms. They prohibit harassment, hate, threats, non-consensual or exploitative sexual content, child sexual abuse and exploitation, dangerous conduct, illegal activity, scams, spam, impersonation, privacy abuse, and attempts to evade enforcement.

You may not probe or disrupt the service; bypass authentication, rate limits, eligibility, blocks, privacy settings, moderation, or access controls; scrape or automate access without written permission; introduce malware; reverse engineer except where the law expressly permits it; or use another person's account or content without authorization.

Drinkify may investigate reports and use automated or human review to restrict distribution, remove content, preserve relevant evidence, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law. Review is not guaranteed to identify every violation, and the operator does not endorse user content merely because it remains available.

You may request review of an eligible enforcement decision through Drinkify Support, with exceptions where notice or review would create a safety risk, compromise an investigation, or be prohibited by law. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate permanent termination.

Drinkify may depend on app stores, maps, venues, authentication, hosting, and other third-party services governed by their own terms. The operator is not responsible for third-party products or conduct to the extent permitted by law.

Drinkify's software, branding, design, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the app under these Terms. Copyright and other rights notices may be sent to support@drinkify.cc with identification of the work, the reported content, contact information, and a good-faith statement explaining the claim.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You may stop using Drinkify at any time and request account deletion through the in-app control or public deletion route. Some narrowly defined records may be retained where required or permitted by law, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. If a material Terms update requires renewed consent, Drinkify should present the updated document and record the new version before continued use. Changes do not apply retroactively where prohibited by law.

Drinkify is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drinkify does not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every user, venue, gathering, notification, safety tool, or third-party service will behave as expected. Drinkify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages where those limits are lawful.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Drinkify operator and the user, without overriding mandatory consumer rights. Before filing a non-urgent dispute, contact support@drinkify.cc so the issue can be reviewed. A dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
