Respect boundaries
A match, friendship, invitation, message, gift, check-in, or past interaction is never permanent consent. Stop contacting someone when they say no, block you, leave a gathering, or otherwise withdraw permission.
These standards explain the conduct and user-generated content that belong on Drinkify, how people can protect themselves, and what enforcement should look like in a community built for adults 21 and older.
These standards apply to profiles, stories, direct and group messages, gifts, gatherings, venue activity, games, and every other interaction on Drinkify. Report violations in the app or through support@drinkify.cc.
The baseline
A match, friendship, invitation, message, gift, check-in, or past interaction is never permanent consent. Stop contacting someone when they say no, block you, leave a gathering, or otherwise withdraw permission.
Get permission before posting another person, revealing their location, forwarding a private message, or sharing details about a gathering. Never post intimate content unless every depicted adult knowingly agreed to that specific sharing.
Do not pressure anyone to consume alcohol or another substance. Never drive impaired, encourage someone else to do so, or misuse safety check-ins, designated-driver tools, or emergency information.
Not allowed
These rules apply to profiles, handles, photos, videos, captions, stories, messages, gifts, gatherings, venue content, and attempts to move prohibited activity off-platform.
Do not target someone with repeated unwanted contact, humiliation, intimidation, sexual harassment, stalking, doxxing, or the disclosure of private information. Do not organize or encourage others to pile on.
Do not attack, demean, exclude, or promote hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or another protected characteristic.
Do not threaten or celebrate violence, encourage self-harm, coordinate physical harm, or promote dangerous acts. Content that pressures people to drink, glorifies impaired driving, or interferes with another person's safe ride is prohibited.
Do not share or threaten to share intimate content without consent, solicit sexual content through coercion, make unwanted sexual advances, or depict or facilitate sexual violence or exploitation.
Do not use Drinkify to buy, sell, arrange, or promote illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, trafficking, fraud, theft, or other criminal activity. Do not facilitate alcohol access for anyone under the legal drinking age.
Do not send repetitive unsolicited promotions, phishing links, malware, deceptive offers, engagement manipulation, or requests intended to steal money, credentials, or personal information.
Do not pretend to be another person, organization, venue, or Drinkify representative. Parody must be obvious and must not be used to deceive, harass, or evade enforcement.
Zero tolerance
Drinkify is intended only for people age 21 or older. A person under 21 may not create or use an account, appear as an intended participant in adult social activity, or use another person's account. Users must not help an underage person evade age controls. Suspected underage accounts should be reported.
Drinkify has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to solicit, create, possess, distribute, threaten to distribute, or facilitate such abuse. This prohibition includes synthetic, altered, and self-generated material involving a person under 18 where prohibited by law.
Do not download, save, forward, or reproduce the material. Preserve only the account or content reference needed to identify it, use the in-app report tool where safely available, and contact local emergency services if a child is in immediate danger. You may also report the account or content reference to support@drinkify.cc with “Child safety” in the subject line.
Access to child-safety reports and preserved evidence is restricted to authorized reviewers. Drinkify may preserve relevant records and escalate suspected abuse to NCMEC, an applicable regional reporting body, law enforcement, or emergency services when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect a child.
Your controls
Use the report action on a profile, story, message, gathering, or gift. Pick the closest reason and add concise context. Reports should be confidential to the extent reasonably possible, but complete anonymity cannot be promised.
Blocking is a personal safety control and does not replace a report. Block an account to stop direct interaction, then report separately when conduct may violate these standards or put someone at risk.
The support page lists the contact route. Do not send one-time sign-in or admin verification codes, intimate media, or suspected CSAM.
View support guidanceDrinkify is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource. Do not wait for an in-app or email response.
Accountability
Drinkify may limit content visibility, remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, warn or suspend an account, or permanently terminate access. The response should consider severity, context, credible risk, repeat behavior, and attempts to evade earlier action. Serious harm may justify immediate action without a prior warning.
Enforcement decisions should be made consistently and with access limited to authorized personnel. A user may ask for review through support@drinkify.cc, except where an appeal is legally restricted or would create a safety risk, compromise an investigation, or expose another person's private information.
Drinkify may cooperate with valid legal process and make reports required by law. Preservation or disclosure follows the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and Drinkify's access controls—not informal requests alone.
